It is located in a calm area (read not close to a city centre (6km by car or 3,5 km on food).
These villa's are located in a villa residence and only a selection of them are rented by Madame Vacances. There are no common facilities (you really have a house with their facilities and that's it).
These villa's are more expensive vs. le Chateau d'Olonne (which has more facilities), so I would recommand families with children to chose for Chateau d'Olonne (see blog).
There is several types of villa's:
1. Villa for 6 persons with 3 bedrooms, garage & garden with swimming pool. There is villa's in duplex or everything in the ground floor.
The villa's are very well equiped with dish washer, washing machine, BBQ, garden table and seats and some even leave their bikes for free use.
Advantages:
- very well equiped and large villa's.
- all Gardena are located at the back of the houses (more privacy vs Chateau d'Olonne)
- end cleaning of villa is not obliged to be paid and can be done by yourself.
Disadvantages:
- no wheelchairs possible
- no dogs allowed
- very high warranty per villa (750eur)
